Romeoville Properties Ghana Limited is a premier Ghanaian real estate company, incorporated in 2005 under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) and subsequently certified in the United Kingdom under the Companies Act 2006. Recognized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Works, and Housing, we have emerged as one of the most innovative and respected real estate and serviced plots marketing companies in Ghana. Our mission is to provide affordable housing while building exclusive estate communities that cater to high, medium, and low-income earners.
For over a decade, we have successfully developed a diverse portfolio of infrastructural projects through long-term master planning and quality execution. With a total asset base of approximately $200,000,000, our operations are supported by more than 70 permanent employees, 50 contract staff, and partnerships with 10 sub-contracting companies. Our properties are located in prime areas of Accra as well as emerging communities such as Tema Community 25 (Romeoville Courts), Sakumono (Romeoville Villas), Dodowa, Appolonia, Ayikuma, Dawa (near the proposed new airport), and Prampram, along with developments in regional capitals across Ashanti, Central, Western, and Volta Regions.
Our flagship project, West Hills Estate, is set on a 1,200-acre site in Kasoa near Pentecost University. This world-class community will house 3,500 residents and feature essential amenities such as a shopping mall, police station, and fire service station, ensuring comfort and convenience for our residents.
